Bret Bobo is an executive with 30 years of experience in real estate development, management, sales, marketing, fund raising and investing. He is responsible for identifying real estate investment opportunities and raising funds in the US and abroad.

Bret was a General Manager for LaSalle Partners in the Washington DC region for 4 years repositioning office projects owned by PSERS and CALPERS. He later acted as Director of Marketing and Leasing for ST Group in Moscow for 4 years, where he was responsible for finding investors to develop projects and new tenants for the office space.

After that, he became SVP and Partner at the Taubman Family Office / Athena Group, in NYC, where leaded sales & marketing of their development projects and of Athena Fund 1&2.

In 2004, he was appointed COO of YOO US, an international real estate design and investment firm. There, he partnered with Phillip Starck in London based YOO Capital Group, which is still operating. During his 5 years as COO with YOO, Bret signed up 18 design deals and started a co-investment fund.

Since 2009, Bret has been Founder and CEO of Outlook Capital, being responsible for identifying real estate investment opportunities and raising the necessary funds, leveraging from his network of high-net worth individuals.

Bret graduated from Hampden-Sydney College in 1987 with a BA in Finance & Economics and has active real estate broker’s licenses in New York and Florida.
